How To Join Our Loyalty Program

At Donna’s Premier Lodging, we want to Recognize and Reward our loyal repeat customers. You are an important part of our everyday business and we want to say "Thank You" by giving something back to you. In addition to awarding you points, you’ll also be able to take advantage of our exclusive specials that we run for our members. The information you give us is for our exclusive use only, and will not be sold or rented to any other company or organization. It’s simple. Here’s how it works…

Loyalty Program Points System

**You earn 1 point for every dollar spent on lodging.

Earn 1200 Points and receive a complimentary night’s stay in the Original Log Cabin, the Sauna Suite, Bridal Suite #2 or a Cottage. Valid Sunday thru Thursday. Save an additional 600 points to redeem your free night’s stay on a Friday or Saturday. 

Earn 1700 Points and receive a complimentary night’s stay a Villa or Bridal Suite #1. Valid Sunday thru Thursday. Save an additional 800 points to redeem your free night’s stay on a Friday or Saturday. 

Earn 2200 Points and receive a complimentary night’s stay in a Chalet or Cedar Cabin. Valid Sunday thru Thursday. Save an additional 900 points to redeem your free night’s stay on a Friday or Saturday. 

Earn 3000 Points and receive a complimentary night’s stay in Romancing the Stone Cedar Log Cabin. Valid Sunday thru Thursday. Save an additional 1000 points to redeem your free night’s stay on a Friday or Saturday. 

Repeat Rewards Rules

• You will earn one point for every dollar spent on lodging.
• Points can be accumulated and/or redeemed only at Donna’s Premier Lodging.
• Points can only be accumulated and/or redeemed on reservations made through Donna's Premier Lodging (reservations made through 3rd party sources, i.e. Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity, etc. DO NOT QUALIFY!) 
• There is a 72-hour grace period from accrual of points to redemption of points.
• Card must be presented at check-in to accrue points. If card is not presented at check-in, no points will be accrued.
• Card must be presented at check-in to redeem points. If card is not presented at check-in, no points can be redeemed.
• Points cannot be redeemed on certain holidays and special events – contact office for exact dates.
• Points cannot be issued retroactively.
• Points do not expire.
• Every time you use your Rewards card, your receipt will show the points credited to your account.
• You do not need to present a receipt to receive a reward.
• Repeat Rewards cards are nontransferable and are not redeemable for cash.
• Points cannot be transferred between cards.
• Points will be issued on lodging only.
• The merchant can, at its discretion, modify the program without notice or cancel the program.
• Violation of any of our polices including but, not limited to smoking recreational or medical marijuana on the property including in personal vehicle on the property will negate any points for stay.
• Repeat Rewards members must keep their personal information file up-to-date by reporting any changes in name, address, etc. to our office.
• Your Rewards card is not a charge card.
• There will be no cash refund and no points issued when redeeming points.
• Repeat Rewards members earn points when they purchase gift certificates for lodging; however, points are not issued when the gift certificate is redeemed. You must mention you are a Repeat Rewards Member at the time of purchasing your gift certificate and have your Repeat Rewards number ready.
• The Main User is the only person that may accumulate/redeem points. 
• The Alternate User may use the card on a visit without the Main User; the points will still be given to the Main User.
• The Alternate User may not redeem points on a visit without the Main User.
• The merchant reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and void a member’s point balance and rewards if any unauthorized points are earned or redeemed, or if there is any unauthorized use of the program.
